Three Crowns Partners Nigeria’s 1st weight Loss Reality TV Show, Season 3 kicks off

The general viewing audience across Nigeria are in for another exciting time as Three Crowns milk, Nigeria’s leading low cholesterol milk brand from the stable of FrieslandCampina WAMCO Nigeria Plc kicks off partnership with ” the faSttest shedder, Nigeria’s 1st weight loss reality TV show.

The weight loss reality TV show is a programme where 10 housemates known as Shedders, each weighing an average weight of 100kg are kept in a bootcamp under assisted and supervised condition through daily physical exercise, healthy eating habits, nutrition coaching sessions, mental and entertaining activities for a period of three months with the aim of helping them lose weight to keep fit.

While in the house, the shedders will have weekly Three Crowns task where their fitness and strength among others will be tested. At the end of the task, the winner or winning team will be rewarded with exciting prizes like baskets of fruits, SPA session to mention a few.

The activities will be aired on selected DSTV stations every Sundays at 6pm on Rave Tv, every Sundays at 8pm on WAP      Tv, Africa Magic Family every Saturday at 5:30pm , every Wednesdays at 8am on Pop central and every Mondays at 6pm on Vox Africa. This season is the third season since inception of the programme and will be the second time Three Crowns will be the lead sponsor to help the shedders achieve their personal weight loss goals. At the end of the Show, the shedder with the highest weight loss would go free gym subscription and Three Crowns Products.

At the second edition in 2018, Ada emerged as Season 2 Winner with a Weightloss- 26.55kgs, %Weightloss-23.1, Vera, as the 1st runner-up with a Weightloss – 28.35kgs, %Weightloss – 20.0, 2nd runner- up  Omobola lost 27.1kgs, and  %Weightloss – 19.3.

Ada, who recorded the highest weight loss expressed her gratitude to Three Crowns for being part of her weight loss journey during her courtesy visit to the brand’s office and mentioned that ” for me, the healthy lifestyle continues beyond the reality TV show”
