Go Bold and Bare, Be Brave and Protect Yourself in Get Naked’ Campaign

The annual creative humanitarian initiative was founded by SheiFunmi Nomia-Yusuf to create and sustain awareness about the risks of the HIV/AIDS disease issues associated with Mental Health with a goal to eradicate Stigma surrounding these major public and social health issues.

For the first time since its inception, instead of going physically naked, participants were encouraged to strip their souls and bare their emotions. Since its inception in 2012, every edition of ‘Get Naked’ campaign has a theme and tagline. Past editions had themes such as; Go “Bold” and “Bare”, “Be Brave” and “Protect Yourself!”. This year’s edition is themed “#WECARE”, focusing on giving back to the community through outreach and by spreading messages of Love, Hope & Care as well as support for people living with HIV/AIDS or any mental health disorder.

The 2015 edition of Get Naked features selected media personalities and young innovators such as; Annie Idibia, Denrele Edun, Beverly Osu, YCEE, Sharon Ojong, Vina, Hauwa Mukan, Nkem Onwudiwe, Efa Iwara, Chris D Razor, Kaylah Oniwo, Faith History, CVON, Tipsy, Funmi Fagbemi and more.

With Sunmisola Olorunnisola as the official photographer, Ngozi Zed-Eye as the creative director, Papa Oyeyemi as the Stylist and #GetNaked2015 Limited Edition Charity Clothing designed/produced by BODUN NG.
