The Macallan Unveils TIME : SPACE Mastery In Lagos, Continuing the Legacy Beyond Its 200th Anniversary

The Macallan, world-renowned single-malt brand, launched its acclaimed TIME : SPACE Mastery in Lagos, Nigeria, continuing the celebrations that began last year with the brand’s 200th anniversary. The Lagos launch was marked by an exclusive event held on May 30, 2025, at Miliki, where whisky connoisseurs gathered to experience the unveiling of this extraordinary single malt whisky in an intimate and memorable setting.

As part of the TIME : SPACE COLLECTION— TIME : SPACE Mastery is an exceptional single malt whisky encased within a bespoke box adorned with 200 carefully crafted spikes, each paying homage to the artistry of origami and symbolising The Macallan’s safeguarding of its most cherished treasure and mastery over time, and its vision for the future. On the nose, it captures rich milk chocolate accompanied by delicate hints of honey and tropical character, reminiscent of dried mango and ripe papaya. Encapsulated by complex sweet oak. Bottled at 43.6% ABV, TIME : SPACE Mastery is a testament to The Macallan’s commitment to craftsmanship and innovation.

The global campaign that marked last year’s 200th anniversary featured cinematic hero films and high-impact 3D billboards in iconic cities, now brought to the vibrant cityscape of Lagos. Through thought-provoking storytelling, these films and billboards explore The Macallan’s deep connection to nature, artistry, and heritage, immersing audiences in a world where time flows in unexpected ways and nature preserves what is most valuable.
