Creative Heroes Wanted to Join the Heineken Talent Lab

The Talent Lab program is a Heineken initiative that will give 10 up and coming creative talents, from 5 countries across the globe, a pressure cooker creative challenge with the opportunity to develop a global Heineken® activation.

The Talent Labprogram is linked to the fact that HEINEKEN (company) receives this year at CANNES LIONS FESTIVAL OF CREATIVITY the award CREATIVE MARKETER OF THE YEAR 2015. HEINEKEN values creativity as a core competitive advantage. That’s why HEINEKEN will continue to help elevate the creativity level across the world.

TALENT LAB is one of the initiatives that shows that we care about creativity, and that we care about up and coming talents from around the globe.

 

THE TARGET
• Young creative talents; students or junior free-lancers in the early stages of their careers.
• Creative disciplines: design, copy writing, concept development, music, photography, illustration, performance art, etc.
• Creatives must be Nigerian citizens
• Creatives must be available from 14 – 18 Sept 2015 to come to Amsterdam for a creative pressure cooker week.
• During the pressure cooker week, the chosen creatives will work under guidance of mentors from the Heineken global team to create a potential global Heineken activation

OPEN INNOVATION / CROWD-SPURCING LEGACY
• For many years Heineken® has opened up for up and coming talents from around the world.
• Open Design Explorations is a series of projects in which Heineken® openly invited talents from different design disciplines, from major cities from all continents, worked together to develop a vision of the future Club and Lounge bar.
• Twice Heineken® invited consumers from around the world to create a Future Heineken® bottle design. From thousands of entries the winner has been selected, the bottle produced and distributed around the world.
