Motayo Latunji Becomes First Nigerian to Lead Hayat Kimya Nigeria as Country Manager

Hayat Kimya Nigeria Limited has appointed Motayo Latunji as the new country manager for Nigeria.

In a statement released by the company, it was announced that Latunji is the first Nigerian to hold this leadership position within the global company structure.

Latunji will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the company in the country and driving its growth and expansion objectives while strengthening its market position in Nigeria.

His appointment follows a successful tenure as the sales director for Hayat Nigeria and subsequently West Africa, a role he has held since May 2016. Prior to joining Hayat, Latunji had a notable 21-year career in the fast-moving consumer goods industry, working with other reputable companies.

With his extensive experience in the FMCG sector and deep understanding of the Nigerian market, Latunji is seen as the ideal candidate to lead the company’s operations in this strategically important country. The company expressed confidence that under his leadership, Hayat Nigeria will continue to achieve significant growth and solidify its position as a top provider of quality consumer products.

Latunji began his career in 2003 at UAC Nigeria before joining Nestle Nigeria in 2007.
